This accessory allows the sample bottle to be inerted with Nitrogen or other gas depending on process requirements so that the sample does not come in contact with air or the atmosphere. The Needle adapter accessory can be configured to fit most bottles with septa and needles come in several different sizes and materials for product compatibility.

BIAR'S NEEDLE ADAPTER
For some applications, sampling into a bottle with a septum cap is an ideal solution. The needle adapter is used to pierce the septum of the bottle.
Due to the nature of the septum, the operator's exposure to toxic fumes / vapors of the sample is limited. This solution is not recommended for slurries, highly viscous products or application than can plug.
